Like every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, we like to decorate our home for Christmas. This year we were kind of hesitant because our cats like to get into everything and we didn't know how to keep Elizabeth away for the tree. But...we decided to put up the anyway.
Randy put the tree and the lights up while I decorated.
Of course Elizabeth had to be Santa's little helper. She was enjoying everything going on around her.
UNFORTUNATELY, the cat's had other plans in mind. It took them only two days to completely destroy the tree. Most of the ornaments are off now along with most of the branches. Needless to say, the tree will be packed up pretty soon.

That's so sad that the cats destroyed your tree. It must have looked like a really cool jungle gym to them!
